Update device

Firmware update

Updates the collar's main processor — wirelessly over BLE, or over a USB-C cable. The radio module is a separate part that rarely needs updating; it has its own section at the bottom. Use Chrome or Edge.

Over BLE No cable v1.14.0 or newer · any OS

Sends the new firmware to the collar wirelessly — no cable, no opening the case. The collar checks it, installs it and restarts itself. Your existing settings are kept. This takes several minutes: keep the collar nearby and leave this page open until it finishes.

1 Connect with Scan & Connect at the top of the page — keep the collar close and still for the whole update
2 Pick the firmware image
3 Send it — wait for the bar to reach 100 %
4 Wait — the collar checks the update and restarts itself. It will disconnect; that's normal and usually takes under a minute. Swipe the magnet to wake it, then connect and check the version above.
Over USB-C Cable any version · macOS / Linux

Works on any firmware version, including collars too old to update over BLE. Use this for a first-time update or to recover a collar that will not start. Requires opening the enclosure to reach the port.

Not supported on Windows. Windows blocks browsers from accessing the device in DFU mode, so Connect & Flash will not detect the device. Follow the Windows flashing guide instead, or use the BLE method above.
1 Put the collar in BLE mode (steady cyan LED) and connect with Scan & Connect at the top of the page
2 Reboot the device into DFU mode — it will disconnect from BLE
3 Select firmware and flash over USB-C
4 Verify & reboot — automatic; wait for the boot animation, then close up
Radio module a separate part — rarely needs updating

Updates the BLE radio over the air, in one connection: the new firmware is streamed to the device, verified, then applied in a few seconds while it reboots. All settings (pairing, schedules, armed detach times) survive. If the transfer is interrupted, the current firmware keeps running — just upload again. This updates the radio module, not the main processor covered above.

1 Connect with Scan & Connect at the top of the page — a collar (steady cyan LED) or a detachment node (swipe the magnet to wake it)
2 Pick the firmware image
3 Upload — the device verifies, reboots, and comes back on the new firmware
