Reach the developers when something isn't working. Messages are emailed directly and you'll be CC'd so you have a copy in your own inbox.
Before submitting — quick checks that often resolve the issue faster than a ticket:
- LED behavior unfamiliar? Check the LED Reference in the Device Manual.
- SD card / boot loop? Reformat the card as exFAT and try again.
- BLE not appearing? Confirm steady (not flashing) blue LED; web requires Chrome or Firefox.
- Charging not starting? Try a different USB-C cable — many are charge-only.
